Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – Available on orders over $50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Please be aware that customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the customer’s responsibility and won’t be refunded if you return your order.

Our Return Promise

We stand behind every stitch of our cycling apparel. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect:

  • Cycle Caps (due to direct head contact)
  • Base Layers (worn next to skin)

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our Colorado-based team will respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Exchange confirmation (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, ship your return to:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: Original purchase price minus any shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)

Exchange Process

For approved exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item immediately upon receiving your return
  • Standard shipping rates apply unless exchanging due to our error
  • You’ll receive tracking information for your new shipment

Defective or Incorrect Items
