Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Your satisfaction is as important to us as your performance on the bike.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Cycle Caps (due to direct head contact)
  • Base Layers (worn next to skin)

These items may only be returned if defective or incorrect (see “Defective Items” below).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our Colorado-based team will respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Exchange confirmation (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, ship your return to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: Original purchase price minus any shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)

Exchange Process

For approved exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item immediately upon receiving your return
  • Standard shipping rates apply unless exchanging due to our error
  • You’ll receive tracking information for your new shipment

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed within 24 hours of receiving your return

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • Follow the same return process
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We cannot refund any customs or import fees you paid
