Our products follow standard cycling apparel sizing. Each product page includes detailed size charts with measurements in both inches and centimeters. For performance fit, we recommend sizing down if you’re between sizes as cycling gear is meant to fit snugly.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times then depend on your shipping method:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 days after dispatch via DHL or FedEx
- Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 days after dispatch via EMS
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship globally from our Colorado warehouse, except to some parts of Asia and remote locations where delivery isn’t reliable. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. All shipping methods include tracking. For Standard Shipping via DHL/FedEx, you’ll receive detailed tracking information. For Free Shipping via EMS, tracking may be more limited but you’ll still receive shipment confirmation.

What’s your return policy?
We offer no-hassle returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, email our support team at [email protected] with your order number.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
